By using DocumentXchange, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account and listing information.

Marketplace role

DocumentXchange helps users discover, request, contribute, and purchase access to public-record documents. We do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, authentic, legally admissible, or suitable for a particular purpose. The service is not legal advice.

Uploads

You must have the legal right to upload and distribute each record. Do not upload sealed, expunged, confidential, copyrighted without authorization, unlawfully obtained, or otherwise restricted material. Each listing must represent one document, with its pages in the correct order. We may use automated checks and human review, reject or remove content, suspend accounts, and preserve evidence of abuse.

Purchases, fees, and royalties

Prices, platform fees, taxes, app-store fees, contributor royalties, refunds, and payout eligibility are shown or calculated through the applicable purchase flow. Store purchases are also governed by Apple or Google terms. Earnings are not guaranteed and may be held, reversed, or offset for refunds, fraud, disputes, or legal obligations.

Requests

Requests remain open for up to 14 days unless fulfilled, purchased, removed, or closed earlier. Posting a request does not guarantee a matching upload.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service, bypass preview protections, misrepresent identity or ownership, manipulate ratings, submit malware, harass others, evade enforcement, or use records for unlawful discrimination, stalking, fraud, or other illegal conduct.
